  • Packages returned to the Navorstore warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a Full Product Refund.
  • Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, in this situation we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. You may cancel or adjust your order at any time prior to shipping.
  • We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays.
  • Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
  • Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping.
  • We do not ship to known freight forwarders, and orders to such will be canceled.
