Warranty Disclaimer / Exclusions
This warranty does not cover accidental drops, installation failures, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs etc. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied.
Navor warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. The 6 Months Warranty does not cover purchases made on Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces.
All products returned to Navor will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be hold and turned over to Navor’s legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Navor. Navor reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Navor’s judgment and discretion.
How to submit a warranty:
Please contact us at email@example.com to submit your warranty claim, and include the Order ID & Full Name. We will respond to your email with detailed instructions how to return the defective product. Upon the receipt of product by Navor, the product will be inspected (within 2-3 business days). If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Navor will replace the product.

Packages returned to the Navorstore warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a Full Product Refund.
Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, in this situation we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. You may cancel or adjust your order at any time prior to shipping.
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping.
We do not ship to known freight forwarders, and orders to such will be canceled.
Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
